I was impressed with the way you managed your time so efficiently. You were very prompt, and did what you said you would do. In addition to that, we were able to keep working with little or no interruption to our productivity while you were working on the machines. I noticed that you helped me get everything backed up before you re- formatted the two machines that needed it, and then you double checked to make sure that we had everything off the machine that we needed first.
